shlibs

re
for you folks not reading source-changes:
now there are shlibs in there.
new snap has it all except for x11 that shall come in shortly.
if you feel like upgrading through a build i think this seq is good:
share/mk, binutils, gcc3, kernel, crt0, ld.so, make build

there is still a problem w/ dlopen() being worked on.
