So you're running 3.3 which you've been advised to drop in favor of
-current, before.

You could've tried another mirror/set of tgz's.
I installed several times in the past -current hppa snapshots from
both ftp.openbsd.org and some mirror.

Never had problems. (besides w/ the mean A180C)
