Short answer:
WE DON'T KNOW.
About all we are sure of is the list is horribly inaccurate and
incomplete.
That's why we are asking.

Many of the machines listed there don't work at all.
Some could be forced to work, but can't be networked.  Does that count
as working?  "almost" working?

Well, I think you are barking up wrong tree by obsessing over the FPU.

The FPU issue is the installer.  That would go away if a bsd.rd could
be made to work.
The kernel itself could (in the past) be run without an FPU, and even
if the emulation is now broke, that could be dealt with.  The booter
can be run without FPU.  

One can not do this by speculation.  We need hard facts.  What real
people have that really works.
