Quadra 605/LC 475/Performa 475 (all the same logic board, except that
the Quadra 605 has a jumper set yielding a different Gestalt number):
WORKS! (When the 68LC040 is replaced a full 68040)
ADB Keyboard works (contrary to supported systems list)
Internal Video works (contrary to supported systems list)
Asante EtherNet PDS (processor direct slot) card works (although many
other EtherNet cards do not)
Never tried the floppy drive nor serial ports.
Overclocked logic boards work and boot only if one uses one of the
newer NetBSD Booters and not the ancient one which ships with OpenBSD.
Once upon a time i sent in a bug report on this with the version number
of the Booter i was using. My box is busy running a compile right now,
or i'd reboot it and check the exact version i'm using. Can do so
later if requested.
Supporting overclocked logic boards is important since there's a well
known and easy to do over-clock mod for these old Quadra's. Only
involves moving a couple of resistors from one set of pads to another.
