largest drive supported?

Hi,

    I'm wondering what the largest drive supported is,
I have a quadra 660.  I have a few SCA scsi disks and
I was thinking of getting a SCA to 50pin convertor. 
I'm wondering if it's worth it, my choices are 9gig,
18gig, or 38gig.  Will any of those work with the
adapter?  They're comming from a sun machine and a ppc
mac, will I be able to format them correctly?  Thanks.
