Which version is that? If it's a really old version, the code can
probably be converted to a newer version of CodeWarrior. This is
usually a painless (i.e. automatic) process in CodeWarrior.

If memory serves me correctly, CodeWarrior can be run on a PowerPC
under MacOS 8 or 9 to target a 68K Mac.
But that may all be moot because, as you say...

As i understand it (although i have yet to try it myself), this has
been done by the NetBSD folks (in vers 1.6) and works for OpenBSD:
