Re: Ethernet problems on Q840av

Dana,

      Had the same problem with my Quadra 660av.  If
you search this list you'll see the mails from about
six months back.  I was able to get the ethernet
working by dumping the interface in promiscious mode,
but that also was not acceptable to me.  My solution
was to jump to NetBSD on mac68k.  The mc0 ethernet
module was much more stable and finished off than in
OpenBSD.  I would consider hacking it if I had the
time, but I've moved onto OpenBSD PPC...Best of luck.
