Hello,

I decided it is really time to update my 3.3 boxm I have serious
problems working with the old libraries and userland. SO I assured
myself I have no valuable data... and tried

- neetbsd 3.6 stock kernel boots fine on my mac IIci (while having still
3.3 userland). This seems encouraging.

since I wanted a clean resitnall anyway, I started bsd.rd of the latest
snapshot I could find which is dated 26 Mar.
The kernel boots fine up to the point where it asks for "instal, update,
shell" where I notice that the keyboard is not working !

I tried booting the "bsd" kernel instead of the same snapshot, but it
doesn't buut at all. If fails right after a few boot lines with (video
ram detection):

panic: lockmgr: process context required
Stopped at _Debugger+0x6: unlk a6

and the typical ddbd messages and prompt, keyboard is not working. I
need a hard reset.

I was really hoping in 3.7, not jsut to eb up-to-date, but 3.6 has no
bsd.rd which would make installation more painful.

Cheers,
   Riccardo
