net/deltachat-rpc-server:
- Update to v2.59.0
- Add maintainer
- Keep in net category to match net/flare-messenger

net/parla:
- Update to 0.8.0
- Add maintainer
- Keep in net category to match net/flare-messenger
- Add RUN_DEPENDS to net/parla to ensure common multimedia attachments 
can be played by default:
	- graphics/webp-pixbuf-loader (webp stickers/avatars)
	- multimedia/gstreamer1/libav (h.264/mp4)
	- multimedia/gstreamer1/plugins-rs (AV1 support)
	- multimedia/libheif (iPhone etc. images)
	and also
	- x11/gtk+4,-guic (icon caching)

On most desktop systems these RUN_DEPENDS would be installed by other 
common multimedia applications but there will be edge cases where they 
are not (for example AV1 support).

- Prior parla issue with systemtray menu now fixed upstream
- symbolic icons used presume a Gnome desktop with access to Adwaita 
icon theme (they are also in Breeze and Papirus, but not Greybird, the 
xfce default).
In Xfce (and presumably other non-Gnome environments) Adwaita is not 
accessible by default (Hidden=true index.theme), so some icons may not 
display correctly depending on theme setup. I have proposed an 
'x11/adwaita-xfce-icon-theme' package as a workaround for non-gnome 
environments.

Comments, particularly on whether adding the above RUN_DEPENDS is the 
right approach?
