You can run scu by booting to a SmartStart CD or by creating the disketes using the file at http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/13227.html When you run scu, hit ctrl-a to enter advanced mode, select the sytem configuration option from the menu, select the option to review the setings, scroll down to the APIC mode and set it 'full table - mapped'. The system should then be able to see both processors.
