Good point, but there is a problem in one of the premises of the listing 
as a whole, which says that the list is arranged "geographically by 
country", whereas a listing by country, in some cases, is not going to 
work very well "geographically".  So Wesley has a point too.  Maybe either 
a parenthetical "(may include far flung territories)" or a relaxation of 
the strict definition of "country" may be in order.
