openSSH on Windows Server 2008 R2

Hello,
     I am running openSSH 3.8.1 on Windows Server 2003 32-bit without
any problems.
     I upgrade the server to Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit and
then I install openSSH 5.9. When I use WinSCP to access the SSH server, it
always point me to the SSH root folders, not to the home folder
     Would you
like to give me some advices?
