USB does not seem to work (it may be the machine it had
a hard life). USB does not recognize any devices when they 
are plugged in. 

zzz and lid shutting do not work. System hangs, a hard restart
is necessary. Maybe it needs configuration, I haven't done any

Worked fine on auto generated xorg.conf
