I can probably get the guy who runs this system to change
the toplevel dir from "openbsd" to "OpenBSD".

I read the reminder from alexander that "everything must be
accessible from /pub/OpenBSD/ whether that is the directory
name or a symlink is up to you".
However I noticed that several of the mirror sites listed on
the "Getting OpenBSD" page don't use "OpenBSD" in their
directory structure, nor does there appear to be a working
symlink. So is this a requirement that's not enforced?

provide all relevant info like maintainer, contact address etc, like in
www/build/mirrors.dat
