Steven Using the format GC USA UF ftp://mirror.iawnet.sandia.gov/pub/openbsd/ GI Sandia National Labs GT Albuquerque GS NM MN Diana Eichert ME [email protected] I can probably get the guy who runs this system to change the toplevel dir from "openbsd" to "OpenBSD". I read the reminder from alexander that "everything must be accessible from /pub/OpenBSD/ whether that is the directory name or a symlink is up to you". However I noticed that several of the mirror sites listed on the "Getting OpenBSD" page don't use "OpenBSD" in their directory structure, nor does there appear to be a working symlink. So is this a requirement that's not enforced? diana -----Original Message----- From: steven mestdagh [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Sat 3/11/2006 4:34 AM To: Eichert, Diana Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: starting up new ftp mirror Eichert, Diana [2006-03-03, 06:50:42]: > I did read the OpenBSD mirror page and we're in the process of > mirroring right now. > > The mirror is located here: ftp://mirror.iawnet.sandia.gov/pub/openbsd/ ok, looks good. where exactly is this mirror located? maybe you can provide all relevant info like maintainer, contact address etc, like in www/build/mirrors.dat thanks, steven
