Question about the usage of the puffy mascot

Hi,

I'm wondering if your artwork (puffy, etc.) is licensed under BSD or
not ?

Here in Luxembourg we want to publish an article about OpenBSD on our
information security portal www.cases.lu (only available in french at
the moment). As CASES is mainly an awareness raising project and our
material is ment for non-techies we try to use a lot of graphics etc.
and as such also wanted to use "puffy" for the OpenBSD article.
