i386-laptop.html: Inspiron 1000 update/page change

Hiya.  I have ceased installing OpenBSD on my Inspiron 1000, but have
archived the description/support page (linked from /i386-laptop.html)
to be available indefinitely (and am also happy to continue answering
questions that arise).  The page is in a different location;  301
redirects are implemented, so there's no hurry, but if you would be so
kind as to apply the below patch at your convenience I would
appreciate it.
