I had an update for 4.2 but the -stable ports branch for 4.2 is essentially
dead as was announced to ports@. You can take a look at what was changed in
-current from after the release to update the port to 1.4.18 and generate a
package.
It is only a few small changes.

I haven't been able to find the announcement on @ports. I will make an
attempt to create the package myself but I'm quite a novice on packages so
I'm not sure it will succeed. I have a specific problem with Ruby Rails on
lighttpd on version 1.4.16.
