I asked the maintainer about this. However I have not been able to find the anouncement on @ports. I will try to create my own package but not having done that before Im not convinved I will succed. I have a specific problem with using lighttpd 1.4.16 and Ruby On Rails that is solved in 1.4.18 (tried on OpenBSD 4.1). You can take a look at what was changed in -current from after the release to update the port to 1.4.18 and generate a package.
