Floppies and boots.

I downloaded a copy of o~b~ 4.2 a couple of days ago and am grateful. 
However I`d like to put the System into operation. The downloading 
operation was with FAT 32`ed Windows2000 and the usual side programs. 
Your directions for making boot floppies for booting into CDs are to use 
a file called,  (something like) ntraw.exe. I can`t find the file anywhere in 
Windows 2000 as you suggested. Also the (approximate name) 
rawwrite.exe file for making floppies in tools out of the 4.2 download 
aren`t available because "tools"  in 4.2 is nowhere or almost nowhere 
to be found. I`d presume that that means that you put "tools" in 
an unopenable unlookatable . i s o folder. Another problem came 
when I decided to simply download the boot files directly onto each`s 
floppy lest there be be the chance that I could find a program that 
would as you say, raw write the files as it takes the files and returns 
them. Of course, I was also wondering if the unrawwrited files might 
work, as those sorts of things happen every now and then. I then 
discovered that the files were both bigger than the floppy before 
rawwriting, and compressed. This is so very inconvenient and such 
a bad way to boot a computer.
