This does seem to be a discrepancy between our INSTALL.i386 and the 
distribution. But. I bet you could find it if you looked on the 
internet. Hints: #1 the name is ntrw.exe, not ntraw. #2 Try google.

Following directions is a better way than just thrashing about.
