Pioneer DVD-writer using 4.2. wants to be 'Master'

Just to let you know that I've fixed a very old problem, where
OpenBSD wouldn't support a DVD-writer (Pioneer) whereas FreeBSD/
NetBSD/DSL/SlackWare etc did.

Apparently it wanted to be jumpered as 'Master': now it works well under
OpenBSD 4.2. - plus all the others mentioned above.
