VIA Chipset cle266 mpeg decoder

Hi,

Someone has recently added linux support for mpeg decoding on these
boards, but it's linux kernel stuff in addition to xfree patches. 

Since VIA plays nice with OpenBSD, any chance of seeing this stuff 
in the tree?
