XF86Config: setting key repeat?

I would like to set the keyboard repeat rate in XF86Config.  A line
like

        Option      "AutoRepeat" "250 30"

in the keyboard section should do this.  Alas, it doesn't have any
effect.  Anybody have this working?


(Yes, I know about xset.)
