The way to X11 on Mac OS X (and DarwinPorts) is very easy:

1. Install X11User.pkg from the Mac OS X CD/DVD.
2. Install X11SDK.pkg from the Xcode distribution.
3. There is no step three.

So go find your OS X CD/DVD.
