You probably want 'port upgrade outdated' and not 'port upgrade  
installed'

This looks to me like a side-effect of the release process...

Perhaps our download should be modified so that it doesn't have the  
darwinports port registered as installed? (that way the behavior one  
would get from installing a cvs checkout is matched).
