I have filed a bug report about this issue. The developer's site only serves the latest version, so this port tends to break frequently: http://bugzilla.opendarwin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10348 If there is a reliable mirror for py-sip, I will update the port to use it. Otherwise we need to consider some other solution.
