loading up that url, it would appear as though the 1.3.34 release is
no longer in that directory and 1.3.37 is the current release.

as a workaround, maybe you could revise the download location in the
existing portfile, upgrade it for 1.3.37 or if apache2 works with
mod_perl you could try that?
