Another aqua app nominated for elimination

I just realized that nmapfe installs as a variant of the regular nmap
port.  The aqua version is broken and it looks like the app is abandoned
because it has not been updated in years.  It appears to be unneccessary
and unfixable.

Any objections to removing the nmapfe aqua port?
