What do you mean "built-in"? What are they built into?

What do you mean "how to see" the MySQL databases? How did you see
them before?

You can of course use the MacPorts php5+apache2+mysql5 port to access
any MySQL database, regardless if it's being served from a MacPorts-
compiled MySQL server or any other, on the same machine as Apache2 or
on any other machine, assuming the MySQL server is configured to
allow you such access.

What exactly isn't working for you? Are you getting an error message?
When you do what? Please tell us exactly what you do, what you expect
the result to be, and what actually happens.
