Yes. We will be switching over today. Which doesn't mean that you  
won't still be able to get 1.3.2, or that it won't still work: it is  
our plan that you'll still be able to use 1.3.2 and that all current  
ports will still be available. We have no immediate plans for a  
release post 1.3.2.

All the ports as-of 1.3.2 are currently in the downloads directory in  
the 1.3.2-archive file. That file will be maintained. Additionally,  
we plan to archive the current state of the cvs repository at the  
time we freeze it, for posterity. Both of these will be in a  
downloads area at the new MacPorts site.

We don't expect any dramatic changes in how things work. A few host  
locations change, but not much else.
