Yes -> Can I "make buildworld" to rebuild all at once? No, but Darwinbuild may do it at some point. -> Why use the infrastructure it has in place to do so? Unanswered. Point being, the wheel is being reinvented. I mean to accomplish features that are taken for granted on related systems such as FreeBSD. I mean to accomplish using Darwin outside of its indentured role in Mac OS X and the ability to update it without a complete re-installation is appreciated in such situations. Let me rephrase it all as a very simple question: how does one update a Darwin system? Peace, Michael.
