NEwbie problems

Hi guys 
 
I installed OpenDarwin in a PII with 6 GB, the system reboot OK but the
network didn't set ok.
This is my iftab file 
 
en0 inet 10.82.13.62 netmask 255.255.252.0
 
The hostconfig file is
 
HOSTNAME=OpenDarwin
ROUTER=10.82.12.1
 
so when I plug the RJ in the case this is the result
 
 
en0.......
inet 169.254.132.11 netmask 0xFFFF000 broadcast 169.254.255.255
..
..
..
 
My questions are:
 
1) There is a manual or where in the manual of apple.com there are the explanation
of SystemConfiguration 
2) Why there is another IP address in en0 ?
3) How can i change the Keyboard Layout... I have a n Italian Keyboard

PS I tried to install Darwin 8.0.1 downloaded fro Opendarwin but the install
CD 
get out this error 
EBIOS read error: ERROR 0X32

I had controlled the Bz file with MD5Sum program all it's ok 

Some idea ???
