Bug closing policy

A few weeks ago I files a bug against one of OpenDarwin's web pages:  
<http://bugzilla.opendarwin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5114>. Not a life- 
critical thing, but easy enough to fix.

All of a sudden, the bug were closed as "Appears fixed". There is no  
change at all, the web pages still misses a link as it was when I  
submitted the bug. So either, the closing person didn't understand  
the nature of the bug or the fix doesn't appear in the public. I  
asked this closing person for explanation but didn't get an answer.

So may I humbly ask what's going on here? I don't file bugs because  
I'm so bored. I want OpenDarwin to be more successful. Should I  
reopen the bug at the risk of a Open - Close - Reopen - Reclose war?

P.S.: As most of you probably know, Apple has the policy to ask the  
submitter wether a fix was successful and the bug can be closed.
