Downloading Darwin

I've been trying to download Darwin for PPC for about a week now, but
have not been successful. My browser tries to display the binaries from
http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/ as though they are text,
and apparently the downloads at http://darwinsource.opendarwin.org/ are
no longer available. Anyone know how I might be able to download Darwin?
