One thing that I find rather interesting, is that at almost any
time, you can get celeron 2GHz w/ a 40MB hard drive from
Dell's Small Business store for ~$250, with free shipping.

Granted it is nice to have a small form factor system and have lots
of them in a rack, but I often end up finding it hard to justify 
anything
else. Its even cheaper than buying a used machine. Any thoughts ?
