I want to come up with a better idea before starting to make code changes. But what we could consider trying right now with no change is the crude proposal I mentioned before: I add users ucalgary and lanl on authdom grid and you put the keys in your bootes factotum file with the right speaksfor or other fields. I need to check out the details.
