Andrey, Eric, shall we set this up right now and see how it goes? I have people offering machines to the 9grid but we need a base case from which to start. If this seems acceptable for a starting point (and it's not bad, certainly no worse than the "Globus user"), then we can do it pretty much right now, right? And we can then tell people how to join the 9grid. ron
