Thanks for the responses...

Robert Chase suggested x2x. Sounds neat.
However I'm looking for console support, and one
of the systems is Windows (for gaming and audio work).

Some Belkin models of KVM don't like the Intellimouse, so there
is some way things can go wrong. My PS/2 Intellimouse works
well on Solaris, except for the middle mouse functions.

I've now discovered that middle click to paste does work, but only in
CDE, and not in KDE from Blastwave. I'm not sure how I can fix that,
but pasting is way more habitual than the scroll wheel feature.

I don't know how I did this, but my Solaris 10 install left me without
Java Desktop as an option to dtlogin and I'm also without the
mozilla which Solaris normally installed. I've tried to catch up with
Blastwave packages, but I've not installed Gnome.

You mean that Elite 3D will work as well as Expert3D, say for watching
youtube video?

The Startech PS/2 to Sun convert or (SV125). It is pretty good - supports
all of the special Sun keyboard sequences with alternate keyboard mappings.

Not really, just don't want to throw money at the problems
unless I really know it is needed and will help. I also have
no room on my desk for extra mice and keyboards and monitor.

That would make sense if this was supported via USB device, but this
is Ultra 60,
which does not have that device. I have PS/2 mouse and keyboard through
emulation of the Sun mouse and keyboard.

I guess at this point if I could figure out how to fix KDE to paste on middle
button click I'd be happy. Does anyone have a recipe for that?
