I use synergy (from pkgsrc, not blastwave) to control my U60 from the
linux box (synergy server) that sits next to it. Middle mouse button
and wheel scrolling work perfectly although there are the occasional
cut and paste issues. The U60 runs opensolaris b70, for now, I suspect
in the long run it'll run some sort of *bsd...

Granted my U60 is not nearly as highly specced as yours (creator 3d);
it is by no means a 'performace' machine :-(
