If you really want pre-made cables, no - well, at least, I don't, not unless you're near Ottawa. But if you can get any miniDIN-8 cable with all 8 pins wired, you can cut the other end off and solder on the connector of your choice. I understand Macintosh printer cables of some era are miniDIN-8 on each end with all 8 pins wired through and thus can be chopped in two to give you two suitable ends. If you've got a usable cable now, you can just buzz it out to deduce the pinout.
