I ran your suggested solutions and received different results, I
installed a lot of system updates and now I receive a different error
message which is "launch error, no application is registered with this
sun java web console or I don't have rights"

I feel that my problem is with the DNS configurations. I am running on
a work group "huntley TECH" I am not sure about the proper config.
