There was a "contract downloads" option in sunsolve. Everything has moved 
since I last used it. Let me have a quick peek.

Urk, I really don't enjoy the new sunsolve very much.

Righteo, nothing is jumping out at me. If you have a platinum contract, 
this is an excellent time to raise a support case!
