IIRC there are two "senses" of VGA to 13W3. The more commonly available
type is for connecting a Sun Monitor to a PC rather than a VGA monitor to
a LX etc.
The other problem is that many LCD monitors are not "fast enough" to work
with the LX etc.
Try it with a decent multi-sync CRT monitor and see if that works.
