sunfire v240 rails

So I have a sunfire v240 with the inner rails but not the outer
rails. I just bought on ebay a "SUNFIRE SLIDE RAIL ALIGNMENT TOOL
X8029A 6302-0100-ZZS", which seems to be some part of the rails
that look like an outer rail (item #280641809689). Does anybody
know if thats really what it is, or something else? Are there
other parts I need too, like rack ears that attach to the outer
rail? Thanks.
