I have a viewsonic that works quite nicely (and is of "recent" vintage) and works on the SS10s, E420 and E220's that I've tried it on with the normal 13w3 to VGA adapters. I just got some new parts for my 3/110 and 4/110 and have some 3 BNC to 13w3 cables that I'm going to try... and if folks are interested, I can let you know if it works with them (I should be fireing them up this week or so to check). I'll dig up the model number of the display if folks are interested... and it's successful.
