Depends. For me, it is impolite to _not_ tell someone that he is
impolite. Because if you don't tell him, he doesn't get aware and
continues to be impolite. By telling him, he has the chance to change.
And this is exactely what you are doing to me right now. You tell me
that I am impolite. But this is OK. I know that I am offending. But
keep in mind that this offence is only the reaction to an other
offence, i.e. those, to me at least, very anoying top postings.

It is the nature of an offence, that the offended person can not choose
to be not offended. The offended person can only choose to ignore the
offence. Usually I am very ignorant. Today I choose to not ignor -
unfortunately. :-(
