There is no pinout at that link, is there?  I just see the monitor ID 
settings for the DIP switch.

I think the pin mapping (which I provided in an earlier message) is what 
Henry was really asking for.

The adapter that I have has a female SVGA connector, not a male as the 
adapter above has.

 From the Wikipedia write-up on 13W3, it doesn't look like Sun uses the 
monitor ID pins as monitor ID, so I wonder if the adapter at the link 
will work with Sun.
