I demonstrated that I don't know the terminology by using the wrong one 
for the SVGA connector.  Fixed below.

Pin labeling on the 13W3 is as per the Wikipedia entry on 13W3 
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/13W3).  Don't the correct terminology for 
the inner and outer contacts on the "A" pins.
