Hard Disk error alert veritas, solari

Hi , i have a server v440. i got following error in /var/adm/messages

then i checked for iostat -En and grepped for partiucular slno of disk and
got  the following

Here the hard error is 3 and predictive failure analysis 1, is it good run
or go and replace the disk?

In veritas the disk is fine , if i put vxdisk list.. no failing , error msg.
