Need the largest USB drive for use with Solaris 10

Managers,

 I haven't been on in a while, so I suspect this has been talked about, but
could not find the answer to my question in the archives.

Question:

Looking for the largest USB drive to connect to a Netra T5220, running solaris
10.  Have tried some 3TB but have ran into the 4096 sector size issue.

Any tips, thoughts or suggestions. I need to move a 5TB database ( in
datafiles)  between companies for testing, and want to buy known working
solution of USB drives.
